Welcome to OTTINDIA! By purchasing or using any subscription service from OTTINDIA, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Offered

OTTINDIA provides access to shared or private OTT subscriptions (e.g., Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ Hotstar, etc.) at discounted rates.

These subscriptions are offered strictly for personal use only.

2. Validity & Access

Subscription validity will be as per the plan selected (1 month / 3 months / etc.).

You will receive login details within 24 hours after successful payment.

OTTINDIA is not responsible for delays caused by the OTT platform or third-party issues.

3. Usage Policy

Do not change passwords, profiles, or settings unless it is a private plan.

Streaming is limited to 1 screen or device at a time, depending on the plan.

Any misuse will result in account suspension without refund.

4. Refund Policy

No refunds will be given after login details are shared.

Refunds are only possible if the service is not delivered within 24 hours or the login does not work and cannot be fixed within 48 hours.

5. Fair Use

OTTINDIA reserves the right to suspend or block users for suspicious activity or violation of platform rules.

Do not share your login details publicly or resell to others.

6. Legal Disclaimer

OTTINDIA is not affiliated with any OTT platform. We only resell subscriptions as per availability from third-party sources.
