Shipping Policy

1. Mode of Delivery

All OTT subscriptions are delivered digitally via WhatsApp, Telegram, or Email.

No physical product will be shipped.

2. Delivery Timeline

Subscription login details are delivered within 0–24 hours after successful payment confirmation.

In rare cases, delivery may take up to 48 hours due to technical issues or high demand.

3. Delivery Confirmation

Once the subscription is delivered, the order will be considered completed.

Customers are advised to check login access immediately upon receiving credentials.

4. Non-Delivery Policy

If login credentials are not received within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.

If we fail to deliver the service within 48 hours, a full refund or replacement will be provided.
